Warm up:
800M Run
20 squats
20 push ups
20 sit ups
x2
Workout:
Chest
5 sets 15 cable flies, high to low, followed by 20 push ups
5 sets - 8 flat DB presses (heavy), 20 crunches
5 sets - 8 incline DB presses (heavy), 20 push ups
5 sets - 12 dips, 20 sit ups
Burner:
10 - 100M run sprints (45 sec rest in between)
